Note: An "axis" consists of one channel of encoder input and one channel of analog output. The standard configuration is the eight axis servo I/O card which also includes: 32 bits of digital I/O, a timer capable of interrupting the PC and 8 channels of analog input, plus other functionality.

Shipping is extra; quotes available on request. Sales tax will be charged for orders within the state of Indiana, USA.

Shipping time may vary. We usually have small quantities in stock in which case orders are typically shipped in one or two business days. Larger quantities may take several weeks. Contact us for current status.

Boards may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase for any reason. Boards are guaranteed free of defects for 90 days. Within 90 days, boards will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. After 90 days, repair service is available at an hourly rate.

Software:

Our Windows 95 VxD and our Windows NT driver and a substantial amount of example source code are free and can be download from this site with no purchase necessary. Source code for our Windows driver is released under the GNU Public License.

Note: The Windows 95 and Windows NT driver source code was developed using Microsoft's Visual C++ 5.0, additionally, Vireo's VtoolsD driver development toolkit (now available from Compuware) was also used to develop the Windows 95 VxD. It may be necessary, depending on your requirements, to purchase these tools in order to fully utilize the source code.

International orders: We can provide you with a Pro Forma Invoice if you send us an email with the delivery information. Payment is generally required in advance and can be made by check or a credit card. For credit card orders, please fax us a signed purchase order with your shipping address, type of card, the card holder name (as it appears on the card), the card number, its expiration date, and the credit card billing address.
